My new shower was installed in the promised 1 day, AHEAD of schedule, by a team who took great care with the work they did. They covered all the carpeting and flooring to and from the upstairs bathroom and took great care for the surrounding area inside the house. When they left around 6 PM, I had a beautiful new walk-in shower, without a single trace that a demolition and reconstruction crew had been at work all day! And all at a very reasonable price. We had met with several other bathroom remodeling companies before we found Bay State, and we nearly went with one of them until we read their terms and conditions that contradicted what the salesperson said (it even had a clause that stated they did not have to honor anything that the salesperson said!). My advice to anyone going through the process is to READ the entire contract before signing to protect yourself. Bay State provided their straightforward Ts and Cs to us in advance, and the owner made herself available to answer any questions we had. And the salesperson who visited with us patiently went through all the options to ensure it would be exactly what we envisioned. Thank you, Bay State!
