We decided to do a complete remodel of our bathroom, which had a clawfoot tub, pedestal sink, and toilet. There was a window in the bathroom that needed to come out as well because we wanted a walk-in shower. We called Bay State Bath for this project because we wanted the impeccable work that they do daily. We weren't disappointed. The bathroom was stripped right down to the studs and completely renovated. All of the tradespeople were professionals; they worked hard, and we really appreciate their attention to detail. They removed the window and resided the house, and you can't tell that it's not the original siding job, either because they were painstakingly meticulous about matching the existing siding pattern. We had the siding left over from when the original that was done two years ago. The bathroom is phenomenal! My wife was so pleased she laughed out loud when the job was done! We would only recommend Bay State Bath because Jen Bylo and her crew of tradespeople are real professionals! Thanks to everyone, who worked on this project for us! We love it!

Baystate Bath Review On 2/25/26 Baystate Bath Showed up to replace our tub with a walk in shower. Manny & Victor Were very polite and respectful. We were amazed how Fast and neat and how well they worked together. Our Plumber was Kevin and he was very efficient too. Within a few hours everything was done and inspected!!! What an awesome team ! Manny+ Victor came back at 8am. They started prepping for install While waiting for building inspector Within a Few hours completed the job. What an excellent Job! We are very happy with our new tub to shower conversion project. We feel that Bay State Bath was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. We love the fact that this is a real family owned business, not a bunch of faces on TV ads that disappear. From start to finish this was a painless process!! I spoke with Jennifer and her daughter Kristen personally and not because there were problems just to check in on the whole process!! All of the customer service, plumbers, plastering, electricians were outstanding to work with!! Left every time with clean up a priority!! The work that was done in my bathroom is great. I had an old cast iron tub I was replacing and they took it out like nothing. The demo was so clean and fast. I had a new acrylic tub and walls put in as well as hardware. The installers did a fantastic job. It took two days which wasn't a big deal because I still had use of the toilet. My fiancee is happy with it and that's all that matters.

We lived everyone's worst nightmare - coming home from vacation to find that our toilet leaked from upstairs into our kitchen! Luckily, we had a happy ending with the help of Bay State Bath! We contacted them after getting some quotes from other local vendors that we were not satisfied with. Bay State took care of everything from design to installation! Donna came to our home and helped us pick out the materials for our new bathroom and once we got everything settled with our insurance, Bay State coordinated all of the vendors who installed new flooring, a tub and toilet, walls and fixtures and paint. We now have an updated and beautiful bathroom that was installed quickly. They also re-installed our kitchen cabinets and repaired our kitchen ceiling. Can't say enough positive things with regards to this company. Front he initial consultation to end result it was 100% positive! We had 4 different quotes from other bath remodelers and this is the only place that had a vast array of Onyx colors to choose from. And no pressure! The 2 guys who did the work, Fabio and Jorge were not only pleasant and respectful, they are incredibly meticulous craftsmen. Based on past work I've had done at my house with other contractors, I wasn't expecting the respect for our space while working. They were very careful to clean up the bathroom and driveway every day and more importantly were fanatical about being precise with every cut and piece of the project. No shortcuts, at all. I have a non-standard shower and an odd shaped (and very small) bathroom which made it even more challenging. I had a walk-in shower installed with all onyx and it is so beautiful! I started my search for "one day bath replacements" and before you know it, my inbox and social media was FLOODED with all types of offers. It didn't take me long to settle on Bay State Bath. A small company local to me, in business for 20 + years with lots of good ratings. My new shower was installed in the promised 1 day, AHEAD of schedule, by a team who took great care with the work they did. They covered all the carpeting and flooring to and from the upstairs bathroom and took great care for the surrounding area inside the house. When they left around 6 PM, I had a beautiful new walk-in shower, without a single trace that a demolition and reconstruction crew had been at work all day! And all at a very reasonable price. My only regret is that I did not do this 10 years ago! Outstanding work!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bay State Bath. From Jim, the initial rep who came to my house, to Victor and Denny, who performed the installation, my experience was top notch. I had been expecting a high pressure sales pitch for extras I didn't want or need. Instead, Jim and I had a nuanced conversation about the pros and cons of various products, and whether certain upgrades were worth the extra cost. I opted for a slightly broader scope than originally intended, and am happy I did, as it brought my bathroom out of 1971 and into the 21st century, while retaining the charm of some of the original blue tile. Jim was very generous with his time in discussing various designs and color choices with me. Additionally, I received an estimate from another company that was several thousand dollars higher with a somewhat high pressure sales pitch. The rep wasn't even interested in showing me their catalog unlees I made a soft commitment. This experience reassured me that I had been quoted a fair price by Bay State. Victor and Denny appreciated my desire to preserve the integrity of the blue tile, and did a beautiful job of connecting the new tub and new surround with the vintage blue tile. Truly skilled workmanship from these two who made so many little extra touches. My new shower is incredible.The texture of the water feels softer...a bit like being massaged by tiny fingers. A visiting friend stated it was the best shower they had ever had! I highly recommend this company. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are happy with their work.

Bay state recently replaced our shower, floor, vanity, and cabinet, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The installation team was awesome, making sure every detail was perfect for us, and cleaning up after each day. The entire process, from demo to final inspection, only took about 4 days. We had met with several other bathroom remodeling companies before we found Bay State, and we nearly went with one of them until we read their terms and conditions that contradicted what the salesperson said (it even had a clause that stated they did not have to honor anything that the salesperson said!). My advice to anyone going through the process is to READ the entire contract before signing to protect yourself. Bay State provided their straightforward Ts and Cs to us in advance, and the owner made herself available to answer any questions we had. And the salesperson who visited with us patiently went through all the options to ensure it would be exactly what we envisioned. Thank you, Bay State!

After receiving quotes from various companies I decided to hire Bay State Bath. The other companies tried to hRd sell me ,this was not the case With Bay State. Ed my sales rep came prepared with samples and ideas and it was a pleasure working with him. After signing the contract Ed gave me a timeline of when the project would start and what to expect. The crew showed up on the day we agreed on and demolition was done by 11Am. The plumber did the rough in and water was back on by 1pm. installation was done the next day and was completed by 4pm .i thought my installation of walls and ceiling would be difficult but they made it look easy. I am so pleased with the finished product and to be honest it looks stunning . The communication and transparency with all Bay State employees was outstanding . I have another bathroom that I will be doing soon and Bay State Bath will be hired again.

My wife and I finally pulled the trigger on a 2 bath renovation we have been putting off for years. The master bath was pretty generic as far as bathrooms go. The guest bath was the problem child. Old house, weird construction meant for some very challenging issues. Met with RJ from Bay State. In a little over an hour he came up with a plan that re wrote the script. The salesman Jim McGuire can to our home and explained everything in detail. He made our decision an easy one. Hi knowledge and advise were very helpful in helping us with choosing our new shower. We went to the showroom in Pinebrook which helped with have a visual of what the different designs actually looked like. They gave us an install date that was met and actually done a day earlier. The workers were polite and professional. They covered the floors and counters in the bathroom. They arrived at 7:30 and were done by 4:00. Bay State Bath did a complete remodel of our bathroom. The bath tub was replaced with a walk in shower. The walk in shower looks like something you would see at an expensive hotel. Bay State Bath installed our new shower and we are delighted with the results. The install took three days. The installers (Fabio and Renaldo) did a great job. They cleaned up the work site as they worked and were meticulous with the install. The first day was demolition, plumbing install, electrical install, plumbing inspection, and framing. We did encounter a delay from the town building inspector of two days. The next day was the wallboard and plywood install along with some of the finish panels. The last day was finishing the walls, installing the shower door and cleanup. We were impressed the installers kept us informed and asked our opinion where it was appropriate. The results were we now have an impressive shower to use. We enjoyed working with all of the staff from sales and the office staff. Jennifer called us many times as our project progressed. She is really a hands on owner.
