Step 1: In-Home Design Consultation
During your in-home design consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, and help you select the perfect products—showers, tubs, faucets, and more. We take precise measurements and photos to ensure accuracy before giving you a to-the-penny quote.
*While we prefer all bathroom users to be present, it’s not required. For your convenience, we offer evening and Saturday appointments.
Step 2: Order Products
Once you approve, we go over your photos and paperwork. We also finalize a contract (yes, we use actual paper contracts to avoid common digital delays). We then order your custom bath products.
Step 3: Product Inspection & Schedule Install
Once your products arrive at our shop, we thoroughly inspect them to ensure that they are the correct size and style. After they meet our approval, we schedule your installation. We give you a firm date and stick to it.
Step 4: Install Day & Follow-Up
On install day, we arrive early to demo your old bathroom and build your new one to code, updating plumbing and electrical as needed for inspection. After installation, we test drains, water temperature, and pressure for flawless function. Finally, we follow up with a call to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your remodel and our service.
