Another company had previously removed a piece of molding in our bathroom and never replaced it. After we had made our order, I lost my wife suddenly. I called Bay State Bath and asked to postpone the installation. They were very sympathetic and courteous, telling me to just let them know when I was ready. When the shower was finally installed, it far exceeded my expectations. The salesman Jim McGuire can to our home and explained everything in detail. He made our decision an easy one. Hi knowledge and advise were very helpful in helping us with choosing our new shower. We went to the showroom in Pinebrook which helped with have a visual of what the different designs actually looked like. They gave us an install date that was met and actually done a day earlier. The workers were polite and professional. They covered the floors and counters in the bathroom. They arrived at 7:30 and were done by 4:00.
