At Bay State Bath, we’ve worked out the kinks that other contractors get hung up on to bring you a fast, hassle-free total bath remodel. Our process is thoughtful, efficient, and guarantees stunning results. Here’s what it looks like…
Day One: Replacing Shower Or Tub
We remove the old shower or tub and prep the area, including leveling the subfloor, adjusting any necessary plumbing, and addressing any hidden issues. We then install the new shower or tub and bath wall surround.
Day Two: Removing Fixtures & Laying Floor
We remove the other bathroom fixtures, including the vanity, toilet, and flooring. We then lay the new floor and prep the vanity and sink area for the installation. Please note that if we have to remove your toilet, we’ll replace it before we leave for the day.
Day Three: Installing Fixtures
We install new, premium products – vanity, countertop, sink faucet, light fixtures, and mirror medicine cabinet. We also ensure plumbing and electrical components are up to code and in working order.
Day Four: Painting & Details
We paint the walls and do any last detail work to ensure your new bathroom is stunning and you’re completely satisfied.
Day Five: Buffer Day
We leave this last day open for any last touch-ups and to ensure the inspector has come by and approved our work. By the end of the day, you’re left with a beautiful new bathroom. Voila!

Communication and transparency with all Bay State employees was outstanding
After receiving quotes from various companies I decided to hire Bay State Bath. The other companies tried to hRd sell me ,this was not the case With Bay State. Ed my sales rep came prepared with samples and ideas and it was a pleasure working with him. After signing the contract Ed gave me a timeline of when the project would start and what to expect. The crew showed up on the day we agreed on and demolition was done by 11Am. The plumber did the rough in and water was back on by 1pm. installation was done the next day and was completed by 4pm .i thought my installation of walls and ceiling would be difficult but they made it look easy. I am so pleased with the finished product and to be honest it looks stunning . The communication and transparency with all Bay State employees was outstanding . I have another bathroom that I will be doing soon and Bay State Bath will be hired again.

We made the decision to convert our bathroom tub to a walk in shower, we researched a number of companies and settled on Bay State Bath, we made the right choice! Everyone was excellent to deal with, from the salesperson to the demo team, to the installers and even the office staff. They listened to what we wanted, gave us some ideas and put together a plan for our conversion. We ran into an unexpected/unforeseen issue with the drain under the floor as the demolition was underway, but the team figured out a way to redesign on the fly, reworked the plan and completed the project beautifully. Things we wanted, a wider shower area (no tub), shelves that were out of the way, grab bars, sliding glass doors and a bench to sit on. We ended up with all of that with and a design that matched the rest of our bathroom perfectly. We highly recommend Bay State Bath for a bathroom renovation and would 100% use them again for another project. Many thanks to the entire BSB team!
