At Bay State Bath, we’ve worked out the kinks that other contractors get hung up on to bring you a fast, hassle-free total bath remodel. Our process is thoughtful, efficient, and guarantees stunning results. Here’s what it looks like…
Day One: Replacing Shower Or Tub
We remove the old shower or tub and prep the area, including leveling the subfloor, adjusting any necessary plumbing, and addressing any hidden issues. We then install the new shower or tub and bath wall surround.
Day Two: Removing Fixtures & Laying Floor
We remove the other bathroom fixtures, including the vanity, toilet, and flooring. We then lay the new floor and prep the vanity and sink area for the installation. Please note that if we have to remove your toilet, we’ll replace it before we leave for the day.
Day Three: Installing Fixtures
We install new, premium products – vanity, countertop, sink faucet, light fixtures, and mirror medicine cabinet. We also ensure plumbing and electrical components are up to code and in working order.
Day Four: Painting & Details
We paint the walls and do any last detail work to ensure your new bathroom is stunning and you’re completely satisfied.
Day Five: Buffer Day

I’m very happy with my tub to shower conversion. The entire process was stress free. Lukas, who did the initial consultation was great. He was knowledgeable, understood what I wanted to do, and didn’t try to talk me into anything else. I also like the selection of products more than a couple others I looked at. The installers were very professional. They kept me up on progress and cleaned up after. The company also kept in touch during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The finished project looks beautiful and it’s so nice to not have to climb over a tub I didn’t use.

Can't say enough positive things with regards to this company. Front he initial consultation to end result it was 100% positive! We had 4 different quotes from other bath remodelers and this is the only place that had a vast array of Onyx colors to choose from. And no pressure! The 2 guys who did the work, Fabio and Jorge were not only pleasant and respectful, they are incredibly meticulous craftsmen. Based on past work I've had done at my house with other contractors, I wasn't expecting the respect for our space while working. They were very careful to clean up the bathroom and driveway every day and more importantly were fanatical about being precise with every cut and piece of the project. No shortcuts, at all. I have a non-standard shower and an odd shaped (and very small) bathroom which made it even more challenging. I had a walk-in shower installed with all onyx and it is so beautiful! Due to the shape of my bathroom I couldn't get far enough away to have a better pic. We highly recommend Bay State Bath !!!
