They were very sympathetic and courteous, telling me to just let them know when I was ready. When the shower was finally installed, it far exceeded my expectations. Bay State Bath installed our new shower and we are delighted with the results. The install took three days. The installers (Fabio and Renaldo) did a great job. They cleaned up the work site as they worked and were meticulous with the install. The first day was demolition, plumbing install, electrical install, plumbing inspection, and framing. We did encounter a delay from the town building inspector of two days. The next day was the wallboard and plywood install along with some of the finish panels. The last day was finishing the walls, installing the shower door and cleanup. We were impressed the installers kept us informed and asked our opinion where it was appropriate. The results were we now have an impressive shower to use. We enjoyed working with all of the staff from sales and the office staff. Jennifer called us many times as our project progressed.
