From start to finish this was a painless process!! I spoke with Jennifer and her daughter Kristen personally and not because there were problems just to check in on the whole process!! All of the customer service, plumbers, plastering, electricians were outstanding to work with!! Left every time with clean up a priority!! Our project was two parts shower first and then floor, vanity, lights and toilet was later. Neil began the process as professional as the rest of the project! No pressure!! Highly recommend!!! We have a small bathroom on the first floor, that will be down the road but definitely we will call Bay State Bath!!! Before and after. We wanted to paint so excuse the non painted walls and only because we (the family) haven’t picked it!!

We made the decision to convert our bathroom tub to a walk in shower, we researched a number of companies and settled on Bay State Bath, we made the right choice! Everyone was excellent to deal with, from the salesperson to the demo team, to the installers and even the office staff. They listened to what we wanted, gave us some ideas and put together a plan for our conversion. We ran into an unexpected/unforeseen issue with the drain under the floor as the demolition was underway, but the team figured out a way to redesign on the fly, reworked the plan and completed the project beautifully. Things we wanted, a wider shower area (no tub), shelves that were out of the way, grab bars, sliding glass doors and a bench to sit on. We ended up with all of that with and a design that matched the rest of our bathroom perfectly.
