From Jim, the initial rep who came to my house, to Victor and Denny, who performed the installation, my experience was top notch. I had been expecting a high pressure sales pitch for extras I didn't want or need. Instead, Jim and I had a nuanced conversation about the pros and cons of various products, and whether certain upgrades were worth the extra cost. I opted for a slightly broader scope than originally intended, and am happy I did, as it brought my bathroom out of 1971 and into the 21st century, while retaining the charm of some of the original blue tile. Jim was very generous with his time in discussing various designs and color choices with me. Additionally, I received an estimate from another company that was several thousand dollars higher with a somewhat high pressure sales pitch. The rep wasn't even interested in showing me their catalog unlees I made a soft commitment. This experience reassured me that I had been quoted a fair price by Bay State. Victor and Denny appreciated my desire to preserve the integrity of the blue tile, and did a beautiful job of connecting the new tub and new surround with the vintage blue tile. Truly skilled workmanship from these two who made so many little extra touches. My new shower is incredible.The texture of the water feels softer...a bit like being massaged by tiny fingers. A visiting friend stated it was the best shower they had ever had! I highly recommend this company. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are happy with their work.

We highly recommend Bay State Bath. The team from the estimator to those answering phone inquiries were professional and efficient. The price is within industry benchmarks and although one could do the same job cheaper with help from a plumber friend - instead of a week or more - the Bay State team was done from start to finish in less than one day! All old materials were removed and the bathroom was left extremely clean and ready to use. Our bathroom is small and this new shower made it seem much larger. The lifelong guarantee is a nice feature. We were also impressed with two or three follow up calls the next day to check on our satisfaction with the job and answer any questions. A 5 out of 5 from us.
