The difference in professionalism and approach made our decision easy. We cancelled our third appointment and knew immediately we wanted to move forward with Mike and Bay State Bath. The pricing was very competitive for the work we wanted completed, and everything was clearly explained upfront with no surprises. I also want to recognize the office team who scheduled the project and coordinated everything behind the scenes. Communication was consistent, scheduling was organized, and the entire process flowed seamlessly for us as the customer. Every step was handled efficiently and professionally. When the project began, we met Fabio and Jorge, who handled the demolition and installation. We also had a painter, plumber, electrician, and a second crew who installed the finishing accessories. Every single person we interacted with was professional, respectful, and hardworking. The entire remodel was completed in just three days, which was extremely important to us since we only have one shower in the house. Fabio and Jorge worked beyond a standard eight hour day to ensure we had a fully functional shower and bath within that timeframe. Their work ethic and commitment to delivering on schedule were impressive. What stood out even more was that they went above and beyond the scope of the project. Another company had previously removed a piece of molding in our bathroom and never replaced it. Although this was not part of the contracted work, Fabio and Jorge took the time after already putting in long hours to properly replace and finish it. That level of care and pride in workmanship is rare. From consultation to completion, the professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and overall execution were exceptional. The finished bathroom looks incredible, and we are extremely pleased with the results. I will be including photos because the transformation truly speaks for itself. Can't say enough positive things with regards to this company. Front he initial consultation to end result it was 100% positive! We had 4 different quotes from other bath remodelers and this is the only place that had a vast array of Onyx colors to choose from. And no pressure! The 2 guys who did the work, Fabio and Jorge were not only pleasant and respectful, they are incredibly meticulous craftsmen. Based on past work I've had done at my house with other contractors, I wasn't expecting the respect for our space while working. They were very careful to clean up the bathroom and driveway every day and more importantly were fanatical about being precise with every cut and piece of the project. No shortcuts, at all. I have a non-standard shower and an odd shaped (and very small) bathroom which made it even more challenging. I had a walk-in shower installed with all onyx and it is so beautiful! Due to the shape of my bathroom I couldn't get far enough away to have a better pic. We highly recommend Bay State Bath !!!

I started my search for "one day bath replacements" and before you know it, my inbox and social media was FLOODED with all types of offers. It didn't take me long to settle on Bay State Bath. A small company local to me, in business for 20 + years with lots of good ratings. My new shower was installed in the promised 1 day, AHEAD of schedule, by a team who took great care with the work they did. They covered all the carpeting and flooring to and from the upstairs bathroom and took great care for the surrounding area inside the house. When they left around 6 PM, I had a beautiful new walk-in shower, without a single trace that a demolition and reconstruction crew had been at work all day! And all at a very reasonable price. My only regret is that I did not do this 10 years ago! Outstanding work!
