We wanted to paint so excuse the non painted walls…
From start to finish this was a painless process!! I spoke with Jennifer and her daughter Kristen personally and not because there were problems just to check in on the whole process!! All of the customer service, plumbers, plastering, electricians were outstanding to work with!! Left every time with clean up a priority!! Our project was two parts shower first and then floor, vanity, lights and toilet was later. Neil began the process as professional as the rest of the project! No pressure!! Highly recommend!!! We have a small bathroom on the first floor, that will be down the road but definitely we will call Bay State Bath!!! Before and after. We wanted to paint so excuse the non painted walls and only because we (the family) haven’t picked it!!
My only regret is that I did not do this 10 years ago!
I started my search for "one day bath replacements" and before you know it, my inbox and social media was FLOODED with all types of offers. It didn't take me long to settle on Bay State Bath. A small company local to me, in business for 20 + years with lots of good ratings. My new shower was installed in the promised 1 day, AHEAD of schedule, by a team who took great care with the work they did. They covered all the carpeting and flooring to and from the upstairs bathroom and took great care for the surrounding area inside the house. When they left around 6 PM, I had a beautiful new walk-in shower, without a single trace that a demolition and reconstruction crew had been at work all day! And all at a very reasonable price. My only regret is that I did not do this 10 years ago! Outstanding work!
I have already recommended them to a friend of mine!
Thanks to the entire team at Bay State Bath for doing such an outstanding job installing my new tub and wall system! From my very first interaction with design consultant Mike, to the installation itself, to follow-up calls from the main office, I was impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of this company. Mike made it easy to weigh the pros and cons of the various options and select the best components for my bathroom. He had amazing patience with my endless questions, and his pride in the company really shone through. The installation team was incredibly skilled and efficient and included a plumber, which was reassuring. They carefully covered stairs and floors with tarps so there was never any mess in the house or even in the bathroom itself. They removed the old tub more quickly than I thought possible and checked in with me throughout the process about placement of grab bars, the shelving system, and more. I was bowled over by the beauty and fantastic workmanship of the completed bath/wall system! What a wonderful change from my faded old tub, which had started showing mold along the top edge. I had been nervous about undertaking (what for me was) a major project, but I am so glad I chose to work with Bay State Bath, as they made the process easy. Their prices were competitive with other companies I’d met with, and communication throughout the project was consistent and clear. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine and will continue to recommend them to others moving forward. Thank you once again! I love my new bathtub.
