We are very happy with our new tub to shower conversion project. We feel that Bay State Bath was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. We love the fact that this is a real family owned business, not a bunch of faces on TV ads that disappear. Jennifer, Kirsten and even “Baby Richie” are the real thing, honest, hard-working and totally involved. The employees who did the work were incredible. They were on-time, extremely thorough and the quality of the workmanship was terrific. Television is overloaded with ads for bathroom updates but Bay State Bath stands out for honesty, reliability and quality.

We lived everyone's worst nightmare - coming home from vacation to find that our toilet leaked from upstairs into our kitchen! Luckily, we had a happy ending with the help of Bay State Bath! We contacted them after getting some quotes from other local vendors that we were not satisfied with. Bay State took care of everything from design to installation! Donna came to our home and helped us pick out the materials for our new bathroom and once we got everything settled with our insurance, Bay State coordinated all of the vendors who installed new flooring, a tub and toilet, walls and fixtures and paint. We now have an updated and beautiful bathroom that was installed quickly. They also re-installed our kitchen cabinets and repaired our kitchen ceiling. We would definitely recommend them to everyone we know and will use them in the future when we are ready to renovate our second bath.
We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
Jennifer Bylo and the entire team at Bay State Bath were incredible to work with. From the very beginning, they were timely, prompt, meticulous, and completely client-centered. Communication was excellent, and every step of the process was clearly explained and efficiently executed. Plumber Ian was especially helpful — he kept me up to date throughout the entire process, from pulling the necessary permits to meeting with inspectors. His attention to detail and clear communication gave me total peace of mind. Fabio and Renato were absolutely fantastic. They worked tirelessly and didn’t leave until the job was completely done — and done right. They replaced our old 1980s tub with a beautiful new walk-in shower and even addressed some unexpected water damage they discovered during the renovation. They made sure everything was properly repaired, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the space spotless. This was a big upgrade for our home, and Bay State Bath delivered beyond expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend
