Bathroom Remodels In Taunton, MA That
Fit Your Home, Budget, And Busy Life

Bay State Bath is so great, I had them do my shower. I shopped around before selecting them. I love their professionalism and how they will work with you. The owner Jennifer is an angel, she treated me like I was family. I will not go to any other company after dealing with Bay State Bath. I have another bathroom that need to be done also. So expect a call from me Bay State Bath. Thank you for your help.

My wife and I recently had our bathroom remodeled by Bay State Bath and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Mike, our sales consultant, set the standard. He came to our home, walked us through all the options, pricing, and the overall process in detail, and answered every question thoroughly. What stood out most was the complete lack of pressure. In fact, Mike encouraged us to get additional quotes to compare. That level of confidence and transparency speaks volumes. We did have another company come out, and the experience was not even close. The difference in professionalism and approach made our decision easy. We cancelled our third appointment and knew immediately we wanted to move forward with Mike and Bay State Bath. The pricing was very competitive for the work we wanted completed, and everything was clearly explained upfront with no surprises. I also want to recognize the office team who scheduled the project and coordinated everything behind the scenes. Communication was consistent, scheduling was organized, and the entire process flowed seamlessly for us as the customer. Every step was handled efficiently and professionally. When the project began, we met Fabio and Jorge, who handled the demolition and installation. We also had a painter, plumber, electrician, and a second crew who installed the finishing accessories. Every single person we interacted with was professional, respectful, and hardworking. The entire remodel was completed in just three days, which was extremely important to us since we only have one shower in the house. Fabio and Jorge worked beyond a standard eight hour day to ensure we had a fully functional shower and bath within that timeframe. Their work ethic and commitment to delivering on schedule were impressive. What stood out even more was that they went above and beyond the scope of the project. Another company had previously removed a piece of molding in our bathroom and never replaced it. Although this was not part of the contracted work, Fabio and Jorge took the time after already putting in long hours to properly replace and finish it. That level of care and pride in workmanship is rare. From consultation to completion, the professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and overall execution were exceptional. The finished bathroom looks incredible, and we are extremely pleased with the results. I will be including photos because the transformation truly speaks for itself. If you are considering a bathroom remodel or renovation, I confidently recommend Bay State Bath without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bay State Bath. From Jim, the initial rep who came to my house, to Victor and Denny, who performed the installation, my experience was top notch. I had been expecting a high pressure sales pitch for extras I didn't want or need. Instead, Jim and I had a nuanced conversation about the pros and cons of various products, and whether certain upgrades were worth the extra cost. I opted for a slightly broader scope than originally intended, and am happy I did, as it brought my bathroom out of 1971 and into the 21st century, while retaining the charm of some of the original blue tile. Jim was very generous with his time in discussing various designs and color choices with me. Additionally, I received an estimate from another company that was several thousand dollars higher with a somewhat high pressure sales pitch. The rep wasn't even interested in showing me their catalog unlees I made a soft commitment. This experience reassured me that I had been quoted a fair price by Bay State. Victor and Denny appreciated my desire to preserve the integrity of the blue tile, and did a beautiful job of connecting the new tub and new surround with the vintage blue tile. Truly skilled workmanship from these two who made so many little extra touches. My new shower is incredible. The texture of the water feels softer...a bit like being massaged by tiny fingers. A visiting friend stated it was the best shower they had ever had! I highly recommend this company. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are happy with their work.
