When we say we’re obsessed with detail, here’s what we mean – standard silicone sealant stinks. And it’s often poorly applied. There’s a reason sloppy silicone is the number one complaint in bathroom remodeling.
We use Dow Corning CWS weatherproof silicone (the stuff used on windows in skyscrapers). Your tub isn’t budging. And we apply it carefully with a sealant smoothing tool – a small detail that makes a big difference.

Many homes in our area were built before 1960 and are not up to today’s building code. We bring your bathroom up to code—because it matters. But most bath companies skip it. We don’t. And trust us – you (and your inspector) will be thankful when you go to sell.
We upgrade insulation, add fire blocking, and seal drafts when needed. Not only is this the lawful thing to do, but it also gives your bathroom better energy efficiency and comfort.
Total Worker Oversight
We love and trust our team, but everyone needs accountability. That’s why we use total worker oversight (a major advantage to having an owner who’s local). We use Company Cam to document and check everything we do, from measurements to photos.
We also have five different checkpoints throughout the ordering process to ensure you get the exact right product crafted for your specific space.
We Pull Permits
Like our code upgrades, pulling permits isn’t optional—it’s our standard. And just like with code updates, many other companies skip over the permit-pulling process, too.
This leaves you in a very risky place, as you won’t know the true quality of the work done without a legal inspection (and can get fined). Since we always pull permits, our work is done legally and verified by inspectors.
